  • Unfortunately, as per our terms and conditions policy, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. However, you have the option to resell or transfer your tickets since we do not require names for entry. Please note that contracting COVID or any other illness does not qualify for a refund.

  • In many instances, guests who are unable to locate their tickets may find that their email address was misspelt. Additionally, if you used PayPal or Apple Pay, your tickets may have been sent to the email address associated with those accounts. If you still cannot find your tickets, please contact us at hello@thechristmasorchestra.co.uk

  • If there is availability, ticket transfers are possible. Please contact us at hello@thechristmasorchestra.co.uk for further assistance. However, if the event is sold out, we cannot accommodate a transfer as there are no available spaces left.

  • If the event is sold out, we will not release any additional tickets or sell them at the door due to maximum capacity and health and safety regulations.

  • We do not have a waiting list.

  • Yes, we provide a free Personal Assistance ticket for registered disabled individuals upon receiving supporting documents such as PIP or Access Card. Please contact us at hello@thechristmasorchestra.co.uk for assistance.

  • Our events take place in various locations across the UK. Please check the venue's website for information on accessibility.

  • The accessible ticket already includes an entry for your Carer, meaning that 1 ticket admits 2 people.

  • There is no strict dress code for the event. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. However, if the event is being held in a cathedral, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing high heels as they may cause damage to the cathedral flooring.

  • Yes it is. You are welcome to bring them along, however please note that the ticket prices are fixed by seat allocation, not age.

    Although we are open to any ages but those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

    Adults can take an under 16 with them on a ratio of 1 adult per 2 children.
